However, it was when Cloudfare service went down, a lot of other services and softwares are also down during that time. We tried to reach out to you multiple times via email and Whatsapp but haven't gotten a response. I understand that this was frustrating to your experience, but it was not in our control. Initially got great help, but then my product images stopped showing and after a few emails with support, I felt like they weren't going to help. Edit: Regarding their reply below → The NS team reached out a month later on Thanksgiving weekend. I removed another star from my rating because this is poor timing regardless of the circumstance. It's also somewhat suspicious timing since most stores are either on vacation or slammed with BFCM.

This app makes it very easy to manage and clearly display variant images, which is extremely important for an eyewear store like ours. At first, I had some mapping issues where images did not match correctly, but the support team was incredibly responsive and helped solve everything quickly. I really appreciate their professional and friendly support, and now the app is working perfectly.
