Not only do they deal with all the mail, whenever we've had questions, their team has been extremely responsive and actually try to help…. not just pointing to docs, but making sure things are handled correctly. We've used a number of other solutions in the past and Numeral does extremely well with guided support Numeral has been very reliable for us and I'd recommend them to other brands who need sales tax automation
