The Numeral team has been very helpful and responsive to our questions.
Avoid this, there are better options out there. Their CS is terrible and they will only file on a monthly frequency which is a complete waste of money when you have annual, quarterly, and monthly filing frequencies for different states. There are better options out there, have onboarded with Kintsugi and so far much better, also half the price per filing... I will reiterate that their CS is brutally bad, and so far from helpful.
Helpful, on it, fast, willing to answer the dumbest questions ever. Nothing about sales tax is particularly "fun" to deal with, but they've made it as pleasurable as possible. They've all been great, especially Nataly. They've won me over completely.
