Numeral Sales Tax

taylor is the best he has helped us a lot

Their support team goes above and beyond. Very responsive, helpful, and reliable when it comes to following up with pending tax compliance. We really appreciate the support.

Very responsive customer service that takes accountability

The App works well, and if you have a question and email customer service, you get a quick response. Thanks again Matheus!

The Numeral app and team are great! Javier is always super quick to respond and help me with any questions I have. Thank you!

Customer services is on point, always very responsive and helpful when reached out to.

William has been very helpful in addressing the state tax issue that was recently raised. He is highly responsive, acts quickly, and consistently provides practical solutions.

Numeral makes it easy to deal with Sales Tax. Can't recommend them enough.

Great experience with Javier. Very helpful with automating our tax submissions.

Very supportive and helpful!

Numeral has been great and has been a solid upgrade from our last sales tax software. They work seamlessly with Shopify, and Numeral takes full responsibility for our company's sales tax filings. They resolve all issues for us and acknowledge when they make a mistake. They even pay any penalties and interest that may be incurred due to a mistake they make, although that hasn't happened with our company. Nataly, in particular, has been very responsive and helpful.

The Numeral team has been very helpful and responsive to our questions.

eduardo was the best

Helpful, on it, fast, willing to answer the dumbest questions ever. Nothing about sales tax is particularly "fun" to deal with, but they've made it as pleasurable as possible. They've all been great, especially Nataly. They've won me over completely.

Taylor took care of our issue in 1 hours and was great at communicating

We had a question from a customer about sales tax on shipping in Florida. We weren't sure what the answer was, so we asked Numeral about this. We got a quick, friendly, and professional answer from Nataly that really helped us out! It's quick, correct answers like this that keep us as satisfied customers. Thanks again, Nataly!

Great in every way. Somehow the UI manages to capture all the nuanced complexity of state-by-state sales tax rules and still be intuitive and easy to use. The Shopify integration is seamless, and as someone who has worked in SaaS B2B integration I know that is not easy. Support is terrific as well. Everyone we've dealt with from sales to onboarding to support has been terrific. Definitely recommended!

It's been a pleasure to switch to Numeral and it's been a pleasure working with Taylor Goines - he is very thorough and responsive so we don't miss anything!

Numeral helped us address a small sales tax exposure we had in IL. Thank you Matheus and Numeral for fixing this for us.
