I just created a quiz and launched it on my site this week. I am not super technical and was able to navigate the setup and the klaviyo integration with Octane AI's help. I had a number of questions and the team was patient, helpful, friendly, and supportive. They have quick support during weekdays. I don't have a good read on the results/conversions yet since we just launched but I hope to increase my conversion with the quiz engagement. I have not tried any of their other features but will tackle more since their support is so strong and I believe in what they are offering.

I love Octane AI. The quiz has become a huge part of our marketing. It's allowed us to collect a lot more email subscribers, while increasing our AOV and improving the customer experience.

Pretty good app, the quiz is their main feature and works pretty well, mostly because their staff is willing to help you optimizing it.

I used this app for quizzes, FB Messenger, and SMS. We find it very helpful and a key platform for us, especially because our Octane rep manages the account with us with expertise and great assistance.

I got on this app when the basic plan was $9 a month. The charges went up to $40+ and then $60+, then in the last two months jumped to $191 per month. I was not informed of any of it. I don't offer quizzes on my store or use most of the features. Developer refused refund request. I've uninstalled due to their underhanded means of taking money from shop owners.

I can't rate the Octane app highly enough. We have seen a massive bump in our opt ins, and I really feel it helps our customers to feel more in-the-loop with our store. The support from Octane is also excellent, and any tweaks I have needed to make have been actioned promptly and efficiently!

This app has been great for our website. It is such a great tool to help customers find their shade via the quiz or get a better look at recommended products. The Facebook marketing is also a game changer in terms of being easily able to communicate with our customers. We went for the full package with Octaine AI and our account manager is always coming up with new ideas and ways to improve our service. Couldn't recommend more :)

Why didn't I use Octane sooner?!?! Is what we keep saying to ourselves. Cutting edge, low noise medium that gives us incredible ROAS. We use the enterprise service and it is incredible the level of service and execution. It's like having another full-time member of our in-house team.
