I used this app for about a year and with all its menus, bells, and whistles, most of the program focuses on ads and bot messages. We have never paid for an add and through experience, find bots to be well, robots, not humans who can customize content live. We did get about 200 new subscribers, but with our Facebook Page, that is minimal. The widgets/plug ins they have for your site seem to get in the way and there are just too many of them that it can interfere with the experience your client is having on your site with a constant call to action to go to Facebook Messenger instead of our website. The app seems to be in cohoots with Facebook to get you to spend money on ads etc. in promises that it will lead to more sales. It may lead to more sales, but doing it for free won't get you anywhere, and there is no guarantee with the ads. Sorry Facebook, but you will fade away in becoming too big.

So far, this app seems amazing. I'm still new to it, but it seems like a great, comprehensive solution to Messenger and I LOVE how many different ways there are of acquiring new leads and the customizability. I'm looking forward to trying it with SMS marketing and upgrading to their paid plan. The interface is awesome and easy to work with and support is great. Also the tutorial videos are extensive and extremely well put-together. 100% recommend.

Octane AI is a great app that has helped us recover sales via abandoned cart messages. I love that people can purchase directly from messenger. Katie, with their customer support, has been super helpful with any questions that arise. With more integrations, this app is going to be a powerhouse for e-commerce.

We're on the basic plan, but we're LOVING it so far! Had a minor glitch with one of our shipping notification flow and Katie was incredibly helpful and thorough with getting it back up and running correctly. I've worked with several other self-serve type ad platforms and NO ONE has been that easy to communicate with. Seriously, Katie rocks!

Probably the most exciting and valuable plugin we ever installed on our Shopify store, and also has a great support team! Don't get turned off by the high price for the PRO plan, once you passed the learning curve of this app you will understand the crazy good potential here and how the price is justified. After setting up and still on our 30-day trial, we are already doing 10% of our revenue through Octane AI flows/ads. Not even started optimizing yet. Octane AI is basically Klaviyo for Messenger/SMS with flows and more. The perk is that opening/click rates are so much higher on these channels then email. We have previously used Recart and SMSBump and while these apps are good, they still leave money on the table in terms of more advanced functionality. Also, it is inconvenient to not have both Messenger/SMS in the same app, you do not want to spam customers on multiple channels at the same time. We managed to set up Click-to-Messenger ads using Octane AI that bring the same ROI or more like our normal FB ads but also collects lots of Messenger subscribers in the process. We think this is worth the investment alone for this app, especially if you spend lots on Facebook Ads. The AI functionality is great too to minimize customers support tickets and save money on that. All in all, super excited about Octane AI and what the future holds for the functionality of this app! (extra thanks to Aleksandar in support for being so responsive and helpful with any issues we had)

Great app and AMAZING customer service/tech support. Katie and the Octane team really go above and beyond to answer any questions right away and help provide tech support for a successful set up. I have tried numerous apps to try and link my website to facebook messenger and this one is by far the best!

This app saved my online shop and my life. I can set all the FAQs and auto responses my clients kept on asking me. The software is easy to set up and u just let it run your customer service side of the biz. I can now sleep early, travel and hang out with my friends without the hassle of answering tons of messages per day. App is reasonably priced. I gained so much sales via this app. My clients think theyre talking to a real person 24/7. App is also REASONABLY PRICED. Love love love this app

I've been looking into many different messenger apps over the last week but I found Octane AI the best because of the many functions it has and the customers service. This is the only messenger app I found with great customer service which is always available throughout the day! Katie has helped me a lot setting up my first campaign and with other steps on setting up :)

We have been using this app for a few months now and everything works flawlessly. It's quite a complex software and I needed to get in touch with the support team a few times. I used the online chat feature and received an excellent support from both Katie and Milena. I would certainly recommend to use this software especially for such a low monthly fee.

We just installed Octane AI on free trial to give it a shot in hopes of converting some of our abandoned carts. After adding we are quickly finding all the options on how to message the customer! Integration & set up has been a breeze and the support team has been amazing, especially Katie :) Excited to see what the next couple weeks hold!

If you are in between Recart and Octane or any other Messenger marketing/bot and can't decide which one to go with, look no more. Octane is the superior option. Not only do you have most of the features of other bots you have great opportunities for marketing to get more followers such as click-to-messenger ads and a lot more. The only minus is the hefty price to be able to make flows. but you get the most features at the 9$/month option anyway. Not to mention the support, WOW, extremely fast and helpful. Shoutout to Megan and Milena who recently help me with a problem I had with my store. Go Octane!

With the current state of Messenger Marketing in 2019, this app is a goldmine! It is by far the easiest bot solution for Shopify stores and we saw crazy ROI just with the free trial! You can scale it up or down as you see fit, use the features you want to use that make sense for your store, and layer it with so many other industry standard Shopify apps. We were able to get up and running fully with all the bells and whistles within a few days. The Octane team has been super helpful and support is out of this world. They are constantly putting out helpful resources and truly care that you're making the most of your investment. Just the fact that the CEO is still involved directly in sales and runs an interactive Facebook group for people to get ideas, share feature requests, and more is super encouraging to see. Bravo, Octane!

I liked the app. The coolest thing is that you can create custom flows with your customers. Iеt's like flows in the email, but in the Messenger. Really cool feature. However, still, a lot of things needs to be improved. I used a lot of manychat and they have much more options when you creating a bot. But, they don't have abandonment carts and some cool features that have Octaine.

I think this APP has huge potential. Their customer support is awesome. Unfortunately if your market is not English speaking and you need to be able to translate button texts into your own language, then this APP becomes useless because ist not possible. Many buttons and certain Bot texts are fixed and cannot be translated or customized. Are real pity and a huge disappointment for us. Hopefully the developer will change this. Shouldn't be so hard and they would open the App to more markets and avoid disappointment of users who find that issue out after they invested time to install and test the Bot.
