Great tool to split out different Shipping costs for regions within in Zones and ensure we are managing our costs with our couriers. Octolize team were quick to respond to our questions and put in some improvements in the way we had implemented. Quick and easy solution.

Detected I'm on a Shopify basic plan. To start a subscription but then immediately says no CCS detected which is needed for the actual application and only available on a growth plan, pretty deceptive.
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience. You are right - we discovered a bug where the app prompts for a subscription before fully verifying your CCS status. We are actively fixing this right now to ensure the flow is transparent. While we do include a disclaimer on our App Store listing stating: "NOTE: THIS APP REQUIRES CARRIER-CALCULATED SHIPPING (CCS) FOR PROPER FUNCTIONING", we completely understand that this note can be easily missed during installation. It was truly not our intention to be deceptive. If you have any questions or need assistance (including tips on how to get Shopify to enable CCS on your plan), please reach out to our support team. We would love to help you out!

I've run into a few issues I haven't been able to resolve myself since this app was first installed on our shop by our website developers. This is an excellent app for shipping as well as local delivery businesses that base your rates by zip codes. Customer support is top notch. We highly recommend giving it a try.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for any frustration. Our intention is always to help our clients as soon as we can during our working hours. However, we would love to clarify the timeline of our communication. Your initial messages were received outside of our standard support hours. Our team picked them up first thing in the morning as soon as we started work, replying to your emails immediately. We even stayed after hours to ensure your issue was fully addressed, but unfortunately, we never received a reply back from you to our last messages. We are still completely open to helping you if you decide to use our app.

Very friendly and polite support. The app allows us to charge remote rates for DHL Express. The app has a design which allows large numbers of zip codes -something other apps don't have. Support helped us to import more than 100,000 zip codes from the DHL online PDF file. I could not have done this myself. Support is considering how to automate the zip code upload process. I look forward to the app update for automatic uploads.

The best customer service I have ever experienced! I downloaded the App and was offered a Zoom call for help in setting it up. In the course of the call the developer asked a lot of questions to better understand my shipping goals and challenges. Based on my objectives, which turned out to be relatively simple, he suggested that I would currently be better served using Shopify rates rather than their App. He then did a screen share and walked me through how to set rates within Shopify to accomplish my objectives. So he talked me out of buying their App (which I will need in the future) and using the free option in Shopify, and then took the time to show me how to do it. What a great Shopify partner. I highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, especially when they can jump on a call with you and guide you through setting up your shipping zones so you get it right the first time. For the price, I went with the yearly plan and paid upfront. Great product, great customer service and a great team.
