Detected I'm on a Shopify basic plan. To start a subscription but then immediately says no CCS detected which is needed for the actual application and only available on a growth plan, pretty deceptive.
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience. You are right - we discovered a bug where the app prompts for a subscription before fully verifying your CCS status. We are actively fixing this right now to ensure the flow is transparent. While we do include a disclaimer on our App Store listing stating: "NOTE: THIS APP REQUIRES CARRIER-CALCULATED SHIPPING (CCS) FOR PROPER FUNCTIONING", we completely understand that this note can be easily missed during installation. It was truly not our intention to be deceptive. If you have any questions or need assistance (including tips on how to get Shopify to enable CCS on your plan), please reach out to our support team. Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for any frustration. Our intention is always to help our clients as soon as we can during our working hours. However, we would love to clarify the timeline of our communication. Your initial messages were received outside of our standard support hours. Our team picked them up first thing in the morning as soon as we started work, replying to your emails immediately. We even stayed after hours to ensure your issue was fully addressed, but unfortunately, we never received a reply back from you to our last messages. We are still completely open to helping you if you decide to use our app.
