This app has helped us to charge the correct delivery cost for different regions, especially UK offshore addresses. We did come across a problem with the set up but I have to say that the support I received from Wiktoria at Octolize was outstanding.

Great tool to split out different Shipping costs for regions within in Zones and ensure we are managing our costs with our couriers. Octolize team were quick to respond to our questions and put in some improvements in the way we had implemented. Quick and easy solution.

I've run into a few issues I haven't been able to resolve myself since this app was first installed on our shop by our website developers. Very friendly and polite support. The app allows us to charge remote rates for DHL Express. The app has a design which allows large numbers of zip codes -something other apps don't have. Support helped us to import more than 100,000 zip codes from the DHL online PDF file. I could not have done this myself. Support is considering how to automate the zip code upload process. I look forward to the app update for automatic uploads.
