I want to love Tap Stitch. They do many things very well. The prices are excellent, and the quality of their higher-priced shirts is among the best in Print on Demand. Much better than Shakawear or the American Apparel 1301. Even the shipping is fast. I received my order from China in just nine days. The packaging was organized, and the garments were packed in compostable bags. All of this is great. Unfortunately, they’re missing a crucial element when it comes to building a brand: print quality. It’s below average. And when it comes to being taken seriously as a clothing brand, the quality of the print is everything. Of the four samples I received, three had crooked prints. The DTG printing they use looks fine on dark-colored shirts, but it appears bland and desaturated on light-colored ones. This isn’t a problem unique to Tap Stitch. Many POD companies struggle with the same issue, but the result still looks mediocre in person. If you walked into H&M and bought four graphic t-shirts, would it be acceptable if three had crooked prints and two had faded desaturated graphics? Of course not. Unfortunately, that's the experience a customer will have after purchasing a Tap Stitch product. They might get excited, put the t-shirt on and love the quality of it, but once they notice the crooked graphic, or how the colors look muted and dull. They will regret buying it.

I’ve tried other POD platforms before, but Tapstitch is in a different league. The print consistency and fabric quality are just better across the board. It’s more polished and honestly better looking in person. And the integration with my Shopify store was seamless. The only improvement I’d suggest is to offer clearer tracking updates for international shipments.

We care a lot about quality and fit. I was surprised the blanks were this solid for on-demand. Clean seams, heavy cotton, good fit. Our graphics came out sharp. I just wish they’d include more technical details like cut measurements so we can build better around the blank.

Customer service is on point. I had a file issue on my first order, and they not only caught it before production but helped me fix it. That level of attention makes all the difference when you're trying to build a brand with limited resources. Most platforms would've just printed it wrong or delayed the order. Instead, Tapstitch flagged the issue, walked me through how to fix it, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. It really feels like they care about your success.

Absolutely amazing company if you’re starting out a fashion label - zero overhead costs, great Oversize tees that are really good quality. Really amazing customer service. I can’t fault them they’re amazing for small brands starting out - always use cmyk print files for the best quality prints as JPEG can be dull but other than that absolutely nothing compares to their service in terms of styles and quality as well as ability to scale on demand

The overall print quality has been underwhelming. The colors aren’t as vibrant or sharp as expected, and the detailing often lacks the crispness you'd find with other providers. For a brand focused on aesthetics and design, this can be a major drawback. Also, the shipping rates are significantly higher than industry standards. This makes it difficult to stay competitive on price, especially when many of Tapstitch’s competitors offer more affordable (and often faster) shipping options.

Quality is really good, however prices are too high, shipping is expensive and it takes long to come in, and they barely give discounts unless you spend at least 100$ to only get 10% off, they are doing a great job regarding the garments themselves, however they should work on their prices.

Not recommended, shipping prices are astronomically high and shipping production times are very long as well. NEVER use them, they dropship to dropship. Meaning when you order they order the clothes they then order from another manufacturer and wait for them to arrive to finally make your product, ends up being 3-4 weeks for the orders to ship and the quality is average. NOT worth the time and loss of customers.

the catalogue of products are great, but items do not want to sync, inventory, always says sold out even when mannually trying to put in stock amount, i tried to go to there support for weeks and they never actually helped, i tried doing all sorts of trouble shooting and nothing, dont reccomend, would if the service actually worked...

Having issues. When synced to my shopify store and trying to add and design a product, I get a blank webpage. In browser devtools says connection refused with GET request, and third party cookies will be blocked. This happens on both my desktop and tablet.

Waited over 10 days for an order placed May 3rd 2020 here it is May 16th still in processing. If you want slow and angry customers because you product not meeting deadlines then count these guys because they're piece of work. Ps and I quote... "Can I ask for a refund if my order has not been shipped on time? This app is OK, I signed up and decided it wasn't for me, and look how to delete my account. I could find any way to do it. I emailed the app to ask how delete it. They respond in broken English asking why I want to leave? I explained it's not a good fit for my store. Im now up to 8 emails back and forth and they still haven't helped me delete my account. It's been really frustrating.
