**DO NOT USE THIS APP/SERVICE** They use counterfeit postage and USPS will seize your shipment. EDIT: We have attempted multiple times to contact their support team, but they are completely useless and can't fix the issues.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Please rest assured that Tapstitch does not use counterfeit postage. The “postage assessment” or “held awaiting payment” tracking notice is a known USPS system issue that has temporarily affected some international and domestic shipments. No additional payment is required, and all affected parcels are being processed and released by USPS as normal. We truly value your feedback and are working closely with our logistics partners to prevent similar tracking irregularities in the future. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
Do not miss an opportunity to work with a great POD company. Highly recommend! All prints are of the highest quality, always on time. None of my customers have ever waited over a week to receive their orders.

Great experience so far! Great quality, great fit, and easy-to-use website! Long fulfillment times but that's to be expected when shipping from China to US.
The quality of print and clothing is excellent, and shipping times are average. The design area takes a little getting used to, but overall there's some great clothing options.

I want to love Tap Stitch. They do many things very well. The prices are excellent, and the quality of their higher-priced shirts is among the best in Print on Demand. Much better than Shakawear or the American Apparel 1301. Even the shipping is fast. I received my order from China in just nine days. The packaging was organized, and the garments were packed in compostable bags. All of this is great. Unfortunately, they’re missing a crucial element when it comes to building a brand: print quality. It’s below average. And when it comes to being taken seriously as a clothing brand, the quality of the print is everything. Of the four samples I received, three had crooked prints. The DTG printing they use looks fine on dark-colored shirts, but it appears bland and desaturated on light-colored ones. This isn’t a problem unique to Tap Stitch. Many POD companies struggle with the same issue, but the result still looks mediocre in person. If you walked into H&M and bought four graphic t-shirts, would it be acceptable if three had crooked prints and two had faded desaturated graphics? Of course not. Unfortunately, that's the experience a customer will have after purchasing a Tap Stitch product. They might get excited, put the t-shirt on and love the quality of it, but once they notice the crooked graphic, or how the colors look muted and dull. They will regret buying it.

As for the DTG print results, you're right—printing on lighter garments can be more challenging across the industry. Absolutely amazing company if you’re starting out a fashion label - zero overhead costs, great Oversize tees that are really good quality. Really amazing customer service. I can’t fault them they’re amazing for small brands starting out - always use cmyk print files for the best quality prints as JPEG can be dull but other than that absolutely nothing compares to their service in terms of styles and quality as well as ability to scale on demand

The overall print quality has been underwhelming. The colors aren’t as vibrant or sharp as expected, and the detailing often lacks the crispness you'd find with other providers. For a brand focused on aesthetics and design, this can be a major drawback. Also, the shipping rates are significantly higher than industry standards. This makes it difficult to stay competitive on price, especially when many of Tapstitch’s competitors offer more affordable (and often faster) shipping options.

Regarding the print quality concern, this issue is due to limitations with All-Over Print (AOP) production, which unfortunately couldn’t be resolved to our standards. Because of this, we’ve discontinued the item you ordered. We recommend checking out our other products, which offer more vibrant colors and sharper detailing to better meet your brand’s needs. As for shipping, we understand your concern and are actively working on reducing both production and delivery times, while keeping quality a top priority. Quality is really good, however prices are too high, shipping is expensive and it takes long to come in, and they barely give discounts unless you spend at least 100$ to only get 10% off, they are doing a great job regarding the garments themselves, however they should work on their prices.
