This is my first time leaving a review, but I my experience with the folks at Offerly has been so outstanding I need to give a big shout out to them. We had a very specific business case and they have helped us achieve our goals. The communication and response time has been exceptional. The app works great, the interface is easy and very configurable. Highly recommend

Ich kann die App nur empfehlen. Einfache Installation und Handhabung. Hatte zwei Punkte, wo ich geändert haben musste und habe mich an den Offerly Support gewendet. Prompt kam eine Rückmeldung und mein Anliegen wurde SOFORT bearbeitet! Unglaublich toller Service. Nur zu empfehlen!

Offerly is the perfect solution for our online store. We are able to provide a discount based on a percentage. And, the emails are pre populated which makes it so easy to set up. The best part is the real-time interaction with the customer. The customer clicks the 'make an offer' button, I have already set the discount threshold to 10% (as an example) and the customer makes an offer that is 15% off. In seconds the customer sees the discounted price with a link that takes them to the cart. And, there is email follow up, with the link, so they might come back. I have tried other apps - this is the best if you want to offer a discount and not get stuck in negotiations. Highly recommend! The customer support is incredibly fast and helpful, too.

The app works well and has increased our sales by allowing potential buyers to make an offer on our products (antiques and collectibles). I was using another app previously and feel that Offerly works as well and charges significantly lower fees. During the setup I experienced a problem due to some edits I did to several java scripts that were suggested by others to increase speed. A customer service rep reviewed what might be causing the errors and fixed them free of additional charge. That is great service and I really appreciated it.

I had Offerly installed for about three weeks with no issues on its own. However, two of my pre-order apps started malfunctioning inexplicably. Since Offerly seemed to be working fine, I was surprised to learn from developer from another company that it might be the culprit. Sure enough, disabling Offerly immediately resolved the issue with the pre-order apps and information and prices being displayed to customers - which is a HUGE deal. As a workaround, I created a collection with tags and a contact link directly on my site, eliminating the need for Offerly's integration. Given that Offerly served a seemingly minor function on my site, yet caused such a significant impact (entire pages not working), I decided against contacting them.
We have attempted numerous times to reach out to the merchant, but have never been able to reach them. Had we been contacted we are sure we would have been able to resolve any issue that was occurring. No other merchant has ever reported this issue with our application, it is possible that the combination of all their applications did not work together, but again we cannot be sure and are happy to help if anything like this should ever occur! We were never contacted and thus unable to help. We wish this merchant the best of luck in the future and if we can help in anyway with anything moving forward, encourage them to reach out.

Great App, Clean to View EZ to set UP. Does the job well. Improvements / Enchantments on request excellent collaboration. I have tried them all this one is the best. Stands Apart from Others ~ Allows discount stacking and adding multiple Make Offer Products to the cart. A Shoppers Dream. A Merchants Piece of Mind! Install this app and you will be rocking! Been using Offerly for a couple weeks now testing different collections out and it's been phenomenal. Easy to use, setup, and integrate with our theme with no hassle. Had one small issue but the team at Offerly responded almost immediately and took care of it. Great to know a responsive team is behind the app in the event something goes wrong!

They're a newer app so they have less reviews but it's definitely the best. I tried every "make an offer" app, attempting to replicate Reverb.com / Ebay.com functionality. They nailed it. There was a minor display issue that they immediately got to work on fixing. Fixed in less than 24 hours.
