Amazing customer service-they fixed an issue I had with the button immediately and even took the time to help with a non related issue I was having. So rare to find these days!

We operate an online retial store in combination with a Marketplace. I came across this app and it seemed to offer the option enabling a potential customer to make an offer for a product. Critical is that I can select certain products or groups - Offerly does exactly that. Offerly has nice customization options such as popup on exit - or inactive time. The app is atable and I'm looking forward to more customer interactions. Although I've set it to auto accept or auto decline -which doesn't leave any additional work for me.

Our customer base is used to making offers for products so it was nice to Offerly had a solution to fill this need. Setup and integration was a breeze, we can either setup to automatically accept or reject offers and to also review offers and counter via email exchanges. Really didn’t need any guidance from Offerly during setup…it’s very straightforward! My only concern was that the emails were sent through Offerly’s email and I was concerned our customers would get confused or emails would end up in junk folders. Offerly support had a solution for this and accommodated our needs quickly and professionally. Great team to work with! If you would like to give your customers the option to make offers don’t hesitated utilizing Offerly’s service, so glad we did!

Just installed the app, and asked the support team a couple of questions, and within 5 minutes, they were able to resolve the 2 issues immediately. So far so good.

We switched to Offerly after dealing with a different “make an offer” app that charged us high fees for features we never asked for, never used, and were never informed about properly. The difference is like night and day. Offerly is transparent, easy to set up, and fairly priced. Their team actually listens to feedback and supports merchants instead of locking them into overpriced legacy plans. Integration was smooth, emails can be fully customized (we translated everything into German), and the design looks great on both desktop and mobile. If you want a fair, modern, and merchant-friendly offer system for Shopify, skip the overpriced legacy apps and go straight to Offerly.

Offerly has been a lifesaver for our business! It saves us lots of time, but also makes it very easy for customers to submit offers and then checkout with custom discounts. The support team is very responsive and helpful!

Works perfectly and does exactly what it's supposed to. I have tried out and used a half dozen "offer" apps and this is the cleanest, easiest to use, and best running one. I would highly recommend to anyone that just wants to have "offers" on their website (similar to "make offer" on eBay).

Setting up the app was simple and intuitive, and it has helped convert many sales for our store. In addition, the Offerly support team has been incredibly helpful. They reached out to us directly and proactively, to ensure that the app is working well for us. They were able to easily answer any questions we had. I would recommend the app to other Shopify users! I’m a private jeweler and absolutely love this app. The customer service was lightning fast—no waiting, no bots. I was connected with a real person who felt like a friend and genuinely cared about helping. My favorite part is how seamlessly Offerly integrates into my website—it doesn’t look like a third-party app at all. It matched my font and color scheme perfectly, and the emails are fully customizable to each customer. Highly recommend!

Offerly ist eine sehr einfach und effektiv zu handhabende App, um Preisvorschläge in Shopify zuzulassen und zu managen, sehr übersichtlich und smart. Vieles kann man wenn man möchte individualisieren, um Sonderwünsche wie z.B. die Individualisierung der Pop-ups etc. kümmert sich der wirklich perfekte, freundliche und schnelle Support, der sehr zuverlässig und hoch professionell arbeitet. Ich kann diese App nur zu 100% empfehlen!!

Really good app. Have sold way more since adding the button. Works great for antiques or other items where bartering makes sense.

Love the ability to use the “make an offer” button. The support staff integrated it seamlessly to by store and my customers are loving it.
