We had a shipping snafu and had to un-fulfill / cancel / re-fulfill a bunch of orders, and that made them ineligible for the sequence, because I forgot to hit "start" exactly on time. Oops. Jay at Okendo helped me understand what happened, and then did a quick and easy courtesy manual send to the few customers who missed the review request emails. Had a good interaction with the onboarding specialist too.
