Easy to use platform with exceptional Customer Support and Onboarding Team. Okendo has helped us manage our customer reviews and our loyalty program and increase our conversion rates. Shoutout to Aboud, Brock and Laura for always answering our questions and for helping us achieve our goals.

We migrated from Yotpo to Okendo and it’s been a fantastic experience from day one. We’ve had a great experience with Okendo so far. The platform itself has been solid, but what really stands out is the support. Their team has been responsive, helpful, and willing to jump in when we needed guidance during setup and launch. I had an issue with syncing my reviews to Google Shopping, and Leonardo from Okendo was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve it. His response was prompt and professional, and he guided me through the process step-by-step. Thanks to his support, the issue was quickly fixed, and everything is running smoothly now. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the time he took to ensure everything was sorted out. Highly recommend Okendo and Leonardo for their fantastic help!
