We’ve had a great experience with Okendo so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team was very helpful in getting everything set up correctly. We recently switched to Okendo to test performance and functionality compared to our current provider, Stamped, and so far we are really impressed. The reviews product in particular has stood out. We are already noticing higher engagement and conversion through the review widget, which has been great to see early on. Onboarding was seamless. The team helped us turn things around quickly, given our specific needs, which we truly appreciated. We are also really enjoying the AI features so far like the AI summary and AI auto-reply feature. Today we had our first meeting with our CSM, Laura, and she came prepared with so many valuable suggestions to help increase our review rate. We are looking forward to continuing to optimize our account and seeing what new features are on the horizon. Highly recommend Okendo to anyone looking to level up their reviews experience.

The best customer support. I've had Okendo for a year now and I'm really impressed with their team. I love that I can always get connected with a REAL person. They have an AI chatbot that can answer basic questions, but doesn't pretend to be human and is always ready to connect you with an actual employee, no runaround to prove you need the help like other companies. I also really appreciate the level of support with account management and initial implementation. Kudos to Okendo for prioritizing having great staff in addition to a great set up.

I wanted to share how wonderful it’s been working with Karen Vargas during our Okendo onboarding process. Karen helped us set up reviews, the skin quiz, surveys, loyalty, and referral programs, and she made what could have been a very overwhelming implementation feel incredibly smooth and manageable. She was always available to troubleshoot issues, walk through setup details, and explain how everything worked in a very clear and thoughtful way. What stood out most was how personable, attentive, detail-oriented, and proactive she was throughout the process. We had several calls together, and every time she came prepared, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. She didn’t just “support” the onboarding — she actively partnered with us to get everything up and running quickly and correctly. It’s rare to work with someone who combines technical knowledge with such a high level of care and professionalism. Karen made a huge difference in our experience with Okendo, and I’m very grateful for all of her help.

Switched to Okendo recently. We were on Stamped for a few years but the app became super laggy after the company was sold. Their customer support also declined over the years. I wish we had switched to Okendo instead of YotPo because we spent the past couple of years hating the experience. YotPo was even worse for customer experience as they sent one review request email per product. Now, with Okendo - the team has been really wonderful. Ritwik, Karen and Andre have been really amazing. I've enjoyed the onboarding experience as they have helped us with almost everything. Their team handled all of the heavy lifting, plus they're super quick! What took almost weeks to months with YotPo only took a day or two with Karen. With setting up our widget - Andre has helped setting up and customizing our widget. He's been super helpful with optimizing our store. Lastly, really thankful to Ritwik for getting us to finally pull the trigger and switch.

The Okendo app was easy to install, and the support team was very helpful, making sure we had the settings just right when we went live. Shout out to Paulo and Ritwik. We're starting with the free reviews version, and will likely upgrade to the paid version to include loyalty and referrals at a later date.

This software operates my post sale activities from loyalty points to on page reviews. It is invaluable! I believe it keeps my customers coming back to get more points and use them on goods we list as well as discounts we offer based on their spending level.
