Great app and even better support team. Always fast and helpful!

The app is super easy to use and anybody can figure out the basics. The team however will help you unleash and open what's possible with Okendo and reveal what you may not know. To get the most out of Okendo, you should definitely work with the rep or do your research.

The app itself is fairly user friendly and I love all the options and customization it allows. Looking forward to gaining more customer insights. I will say the onboarding process has not been my favorite I feel like they are pushing through and not helping with best practices or ensuring its properly installed. Hopefully the customer service moving forward is even better. I would 4.5 stars if I could just a half star off for the onboarding, because everything else, so far, is great.

We've had a great experience with Okendo as our review platform for Garden Winds. Garrett made onboarding easy from the start, walking us through setup clearly and patiently answering every question along the way. Since then, our CSM Laura has been fantastic at helping us get more out of the platform, proactively pointing out features and showing us how to actually apply them to our store rather than just listing them off. On top of the great support, the platform itself is intuitive and easy to navigate. Between Garrett's onboarding, Laura's ongoing guidance, and how straightforward the platform is to use day to day, we've felt genuinely supported every step of the way.

Clean install, straightforward setup, and the review widget looks good on our product pages without much fiddling. Star ratings pull through to Google search results, which was the main reason we chose Okendo over the cheaper options. Support has been genuinely responsive when we've needed them. Real answers from real people, not canned replies. Solid choice for a small brand that cares about how reviews look on the page.

Awesome support

We were using it for years in several stores. It's the best platform to use for customer retention and review management. Best support team in the business and best system integration you may ever find on Shopify.

Potential customers need to be aware that when using this app: 1. Metafields are added to the site that can not be removed. 2. These metafields prevent you from being able to use Shopify's Duplicate Product feature. Which means when adding new products every single one will need to be created from scratch. 3. It takes WEEKS to get the metafield removed from your site once you realize you mistake in adding this app

Okendo has been great for us so far. We've had a few implementation snags, due to our unique store structure, but the support team at Okendo continues to help us refine our approach. Really solid. Planning to further expand our use of features soon.

honestly super sad I have to leave a review like this. Okendo seems good overall but their support and team/onboarding is terrible. Still waiting weeks for help once we've already paid. Reviews was simple enough, but Loyalty they recommend onboarding and no one really has helped or even responded properly. Needs a big improvement in support

Great service and an incredible team!!

The platform has been easy to use and implement, and the process of gathering reviews is relatively painless with Okendo. The billing and support have been the biggest issues, otherwise I would give 5 stars. We've been using Okendo for a few months now, and the onboarding process was a bit clunky. Okendo Support has been helpful answering our technical questions and dealing with billing issues, but it has been an imperfect process. Thankful for the Okendo platform, but it hasn't been an easy launch.
