This app has been a great addition to our store. It’s intuitive and relatively easy to use, with excellent support from the team whenever assistance is needed. The pricing may feel a little high for smaller businesses just starting out who are hoping to use all the features. But the functionality makes it a strong investment for those looking to scale.

Okendo is great - has a heap of functionality and customisation. And the developers are incredibly helpful. I needed a bit of assistance which was done quickly and just as I asked. Great app!

Pros: Great features, clean and intuitive user interface, and most especially it's fast! Cons: For an expensive application like Okendo, you'll expect customer service support is top notch. It's not, it's one of the worst out there! They'd assign you a dedicated onboarding specialist but would not respond on a timely manner, their live chat takes ages to reply.

Okendo has helped our website UI and UX. Good and fairly timely support available. Previously, Alannah, our on boarding person was great and very helpful and good at communitcation too. I recently completed a support call with Shiela Sevilleno from support team, she was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

My onboarding with Brock was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me with my massive review uploads and always available to answer questions and connect me with the right person. would highly recommend asking for him for your onboarding process. Overall I think Okendo is very easy to use, there definitely is room for improvements with reporting but I have given feedback and I know they are being worked this year!

We have had some technical issues with this app but they have now been resolved. Despite giving the app a four star rating, Paulo from tech support deserves a five star rating - very prompt, helpful, and courteous - we're very impressed!

Update: Problem resolved, so far app is working fine. Initial review: This app seems like it would be quite good. Unfortunately hours of "system delays" as stated by support meant could not actually see if the app worked. On the positive side, support was responsive.

best customer service i've experienced on an app ( Apart from wholesale gorilla!). Very quick to fix and always readily available to help. Lost a star just because some features I would love have to be paid for (eg paid integration to make product specific reviews requests).

Okendo works well for collecting reviews for us. The only drawback is that there is no integration with Braze, so it makes it more challenging for us to personalize our emails to our users.

Easy to use product, offers integration with many of the platforms we are already using, such as Klaviyo marketing automation and FourSixty. Very helpful customer service team as well.

This app works really well and collects more reviews than other apps we have used. We initially had trouble integrating the app and it took over 2 weeks for support to actually solve the problem, but eventually they were very helpful and integrated it for us. Would recommend this app.
