Dr. Green Life review for Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We initially started with just the reviews feature and never ran into any issues. Our dedicated Customer Success Manager has been great in helping us continuously improve the program. At one point, Okendo introduced us to their loyalty program. While they made a compelling case, we didn’t have the resources—or the immediate need—to make the switch. What stood out was that they never pressured us like many sales teams do. Eventually, we decided to give it a try as it offered a chance to consolidate several apps. The implementation team was fantastic (I'm looking at you Chelsea!). Knowing we’re a small team wearing many hats, they assured us the process would be low-effort on our end—and they absolutely delivered on that promise.
