C-IN2 New York review for Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Switched to Okendo recently. We were on Stamped for a few years but the app became super laggy after the company was sold. Their customer support also declined over the years. I wish we had switched to Okendo instead of YotPo because we spent the past couple of years hating the experience. YotPo was even worse for customer experience as they sent one review request email per product. Now, with Okendo - the team has been really wonderful. Ritwik, Karen and Andre have been really amazing. I've enjoyed the onboarding experience as they have helped us with almost everything. Their team handled all of the heavy lifting, plus they're super quick! What took almost weeks to months with YotPo only took a day or two with Karen. With setting up our widget - Andre has helped setting up and customizing our widget. He's been super helpful with optimizing our store. Lastly, really thankful to Ritwik for getting us to finally pull the trigger and switch.
