I wanted to share how wonderful it’s been working with Karen Vargas during our Okendo onboarding process. Karen helped us set up reviews, the skin quiz, surveys, loyalty, and referral programs, and she made what could have been a very overwhelming implementation feel incredibly smooth and manageable. She was always available to troubleshoot issues, walk through setup details, and explain how everything worked in a very clear and thoughtful way. What stood out most was how personable, attentive, detail-oriented, and proactive she was throughout the process. We had several calls together, and every time she came prepared, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. She didn’t just “support” the onboarding — she actively partnered with us to get everything up and running quickly and correctly. It’s rare to work with someone who combines technical knowledge with such a high level of care and professionalism. Karen made a huge difference in our experience with Okendo, and I’m very grateful for all of her help.
