Well, let's get straight to the point. The application is good; however, the issue is this: The Omakase app is free, as noted. They let you install and use it. After a while, they contact you, stating that to use certain features, a $19 monthly or $16 yearly payment is required. We find this dishonest; the payment plan feels like a deceptive tactic. Recommendations for the Omakase.ai app: Be honest from day one to remain on the Shopify app store. Thanks.

The timing of your sign-up was unfortunate, since you joined just as we were transitioning from a free beta period into a paid plan, where high-touch customer service is a priority.
