I've been working with the Estimated Shipping Date application for a few months now. We've had a few bumps but this team has been very responsive and has my supported my store wholeheartedly. This is a great app. It keeps our customer's informed about shipping times and it definitely helps with conversions. Glad to have such a great partner.

This app is definitely increasing our sales and improving the conversion rate! We love being able to give our customers a delivery estimate right on the product page. The customer service is excellent, too! They respond quickly and fix issues, which rarely happens. The $4.99/mo fee is affordable and worth it!

This is the only app that helped me fulfilling all the requirements. There were certain things that I needed on priority, for which support that I got from the Omega team was commendable. Really appreciate the effort! Support team is quick and outstanding. 5/5 for this.

Easy to install and after a few minutes I got the hang of configuring it. A nice feature request would be the ability to add our own icons instead of the small selection. They work but don't look super awesome, if we could upload our own or embed as base64 into a textbox then that would really cool. Update 19/06: Had a small issue with the app but Kien got it sorted for me. Great service. Update 16/07: Kien again proves they are a great app provider. I asked if the .js for this app could be minified to help improved Shopify store performance and a couple of days later I got a reply to say they have implemented the change. Those of you measuring PageSpeed will now find one less thing to optimise.

Great app, really easy to install and use. It has a lot of options to customize. Had a small problem with my theme but it was solved in minutes, excellent support.

Do not install a horrible, scary App. First of all, it does not save changes. and see what I found. Instead of Friday, April 26 2020 it's showing .... Pazar, Nisan????? Order today within 21 : 48 : 19 and you will receive before Pazar, Nisan 26, 2020 What is Pazar, Nisan??????? Are you kidding?

The app wasn't working with my theme, so I deleted it. However, Kien, a customer service rep reached out to me within minutes and fixed the problem! Amazing customer service and amazing app. Thank you so much Omega team! :)

This app is really easy to use, adds a little touch to our e-commerce website. There's also options for a bit of putting your own code in there also. The team is also super helpful & responsive. I like that you can chat with them via msgr also.

Amazing customer service, brilliant app! I never write reviews because I don't want my competitor's to find out about great apps, but this one deserves it. I had several design requests, because I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything to run ideally on my site. The customer service was amazing and all of my requests were handled promptly, professionally and the changes explained in full. I've never had such a great experience before and really can't say enough. World class software, out of this world service, great job guys!

I used this app and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to work professionally on e-commerce. The customer service was amazing. I was looking for a specific feature that could not found anywhere and by just asking them their professional developers satisfied my requirement exactly as I was asking for. This really surprised me. I installed this app after they customize the app as per my request and I would keep it for sure as this app has the features for estimate time that you cannot find anywhere else in shopify.

Having an estimated shipping date is critical to any e-commerce business. We feel the "Estimated Shipping Date" plugin hits a 5-star on multiple levels - configurable shipping dates - a simple admin interface - great front-end functionality - COD checking! - a good price point for the value offered by the plugin The most notable plus for us has been the phenomenal support offered by the developer. Highly recommended.

So far so good. I like that I can choose special days off. With the holidays and taking off a week, it can really help customers know when they can expect their goodies.

This is a sweet app and exactly what I was looking for. Originally, the one downside for me was that you had to add products singly as they did not have collections functionality. After trading emails with Kien, they worked very hard to add collections functionality so there is now the option to add estimated ship times by single products OR collections. These folks at Omega get a standing ovation from me and five very well-earned stars. Great customer service, terrific app! LOVE it.

Installed the app. Still going through few refinement but the developer is very responsive to fix bugs. Cant wait to use the full functionality.
