Superbe équipe, disponible et à l'écoute. Je suis impressionnée par les fonctionnalités qui sont vraiment très avancées. J'ai essayé plusieurs applications avant Omega et je peux vous dire qu'ils sont bien meilleurs. Merci à Zeroes et Tracy qui sont restés au delà de leurs heures de travail pour m'assister, des vrais pros ! Je recommande sans hésiter .

I used this app to give my customers quick access to their tracking information. Easy set up and works just as described. Really great customer service. I recommend.

I started using this app a couple of days ago and its amazing. In starting I faced some problem with the app but the support team (Tracy) is very nice, they fixed the problem and answer my all other questions. Recommended app

Best customer service experience ever! Malak walked me through how to set up my email notification step by step. I'm the worst when it comes to backend configurations and she has no idea how much I appreciate her patience with me during the entire process. Great customer service is a Unicorn in today's saturated marketplace but Malak and Stella are shining stars. Thank you both!

It is very useful to have an on-store page where customers can directly track their orders. It also comes with mailing features which are very useful. It's very clean and relieves a lot of confusion in clients, very happy with it. Customer support is also very kind and super fast.

Amazing Customer Support!! I tried to install the app but encountered an error while the Omega team was on holiday leave. As soon as they came back, they helped me right away and the dev team worked through the weekend to resolve the issue for our company that enabled us to install the app.

I installed this app recently and its performing great so far, I get the notifications according to the status of shipments. Customer service is great, they respond quickly and are very helpful and kind. I would recommend this App to any business.
