Easy to set up and customise for our needs. The summary page wasn't quite right for us - so I contacted Synctrack via the live chat - they responded instantly and talked through what I need, made some changes and now it's perfect for us! Highly recommend!

I think app has some serious potential to be a highly favorited app by plenty of store owners. Though today is the first I downloaded and use it, I must say that it has grown on me. Though it still seem to overwhelm me a little because I not sure how I want to customize my notification setting, I think in the long run once I start playing around with thing ill be alright. Customer service is awesome by the way. Kind, patient, and very helpful. Customer Support Lynn helped me through the whole process of what I didn't understand, and with customization options that I was trying to portray in the app. Thanks a lot Lynn very helpful. Now would I recommend the app I would have to say yes as of now. Though I haven't seen it in action as of yet, I got a feeling that this app can be very helpful indeed in the long run. Guess I'll have to wait and see, though I pray I never have any returns as I wish for the many of business owner.

Joyce helped me remove the brandmark as well as immediately setup a new custom domain for the return & exchange portal. She also told me any information that I needed and in my case it was related to any hidden costs for using the app, which she has assured me that there is no fee or anything. I am excited to build a relationship with Synctrack and take advantage of its features.

Great app, helps manage returns/exchanges easily. Still needs few features, but dev team is working to add them on daily basis. So super happy!

I am very happy with this app. I had a few questions and had to reach out for support. The staff was very responsive to reply and help me through my questions. I received help from Sophia, Lynn, and Samuel who were ALL super wonderful and helped me with each of my questions. This app allowed me to create a return portal for my customers to submit returns, exchanges or store credits without having to directly contact my store or staff. This app provided a "self help" for customers to manage their returns by themselves. Customers can come back to the page to check on the status of their returns. Automatic emails are sent to the customer for each stage of the return process based on what stages you want to inform them about. The emails can be toggled on or off as you see fit. You can customize the return page with your logo, images, colors, etc. This is very personalized and professional. I would give both the customer service and the app 10 stars if I could.

Anna from Omega has been an incredible support throughout our onboarding process onto this app. Initially, we encountered a few bugs, but thanks to Anna's dedicated assistance and close collaboration, all the issues were swiftly resolved, resulting in a significantly more stable app. The app already boasts essential features for managing returns, which is commendable for a returns center. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of enabling refunds directly from the app. Additionally, enhancing the app's capabilities to handle return resolutions based on different payment methods, such as Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments, would be a valuable addition. In summary, the experience with the app has been positive overall, thanks to Anna's and Wendy's excellent guidance. With some additional refinements and updates to address the aforementioned areas, this app has the potential to become an even more powerful and indispensable tool for managing returns seamlessly.

Great experience all round. Customer service is 11/10 App is still being built, but it is working really well at a base level. Really clean functions, easy to use and update and is 10 times better than Aftership Returns (this is coming from an ex-Aftership customer). Don't walk, run to get this app, you'll love it!

Tracy from Omega has been very helpful with onboarding us onto this app. Initially the app had few bugs but she worked with us closely to have the bugs resolved quickly and the app seems to be more stable now. The app has all the necessary features for a returns centre but there are still areas the app can improve on like using your own domain, a more professional landing page for the customer returns login, better email templates as currently they are very basic. But overall impressed with the support from the developers. Highly recommend installing this if you haven't already done so as you are in for a lifetime deal as they are offering the app to be free for the first 100 customers!
