I would like to highly commend Stuart from OMNI for his exceptional support since I transitioned our membership rewards to OMNI. Recently, a customer encountered an issue where their previous spent amount was lost after an update. Stuart promptly worked with the engineers to create a manually adjustable tier, allowing me to compensate the customer fairly. His dedication and problem-solving skills are truly impressive. Highly recommended!

The app has been a valuable addition to our store, offering features like membership tiers, loyalty points, product redemption, and pay-with-points options that align well with our needs. Its straightforward interface makes it easy to track points and redeem rewards, helping us keep members engaged and strengthen customer loyalty. The support team, including consultants and engineers, has been professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the setup and beyond. While the app already performs well, we look forward to future enhancements in the interface and new features to expand marketing and CRM capabilities. I recently started using the loyalty program, and I must say it's incredibly easy to use. The interface is user-friendly, making it simple to track points and redeem rewards. Everything is straightforward, and I never have to guess what to do next. Also integrated with Shopify POS, making O2O very seamless.

We are excited to have OMNI loyalty app onboard to our website, the app is an out-of-the-box solution with innovative, clean and user-friendly interface and configuration, it offers seamless integration with Shopify POS and backend systems, enhancing customer experience when checking and updating their profiles and rewards. On a business perspective, we find that the setup is very easy and straightforward which can quickly respond to market demands, and on a customer standpoint, the design is intuitive and simple both on membership account creation and profile page. With OMNI integration with our CRM system, we are able to drive real online & offline loyalty and reward customers with points per their purchase at every touchpoint. Customers can also redeem reward from online store and use at retail channels. A truly seamless top notch customer experience! Consultants are professional and supportive.

We can pamper customers by setting different earning ratio per promotion campaign & select different products or offers for customers to redeem with points. The team behind the app is truly dedicated, consistently sharing best practices and valuable insights with us. The team has built a custom feature for our customers to redeem coupons for redemption at trade retail chains (e.g. Mannings, Watsons, HKTV, SASA, Wellcome, ParknShop, etc) which literally count for thousands of touchpoints in Hong Kong! It is user friendly and supports multiple languages, e.g. Traditional Chinese & English.

The App is an wonderful !
