I am using Omnisend since around 4 months now and I can only highly recommend it. I find the user interface very friendly and intuitive. Very important for me is a complete and up-to-date documentation, which is also easily searchable - these are all qualities of the excellent knowledge base / help center of Omnisend. I find the pricing absolutely fair for the value Omnisend provides. I had to contact support only 1 time so far and they were very fast to answer and extremely helpful, providing a solution to the issue very fast.
