learning curve but there is a lot of assistance!
Every tool worth using takes a little time to get comfortable with, and it's great to know the support along the way made a difference. That foundation will pay off as you scale your campaigns and get more out of the platform.
Generally easy to use / mostly intuitive. Like all apps, there are some limitations. Customer service is usually relatively fast, which is appreciated when challenges arise. Most recent round of support was with Isabelle and she helped me solve things pretty fast.
