Easy to use, really helps me stay inspired and staying on top of my campaigns. I have set myself a goal to set and hit my business targets for 2027. with Omnisend I believe I can definitely do so!
OUTSTANDING SUPPORT TEAM. I had issues with domain authentication and to sync my store. The support stuff was very helpful and actually helped me fix the issues rather than just giving me a help page link. I was ready to send emails in just 1 hour with their help. Props to Isabella for the great customer support.

Omnisend is easy to use and isn't so expensive. I would recommend it for more options than shopify email.

Omnisend is so easy to use! Setting up forms and creating campaigns was quick and simple, even as a small shop owner. It works seamlessly with Shopify, and I’d recommend it to anyone getting started with email marketing.
We moved from Klaviyo to Omnisend to save on costs, and the migration went smoothly. The platform is easy to use, and the support team is incredibly helpful and easy to reach. Our CSM, Kristen, has been wonderful to work with. One thing that could be improved: list cleaning comes with an extra fee. These days it’s hard to tell a real customer from a bot, so built-in bot detection or included list hygiene would make a big difference.
Switching from Klaviyo is a big move, and it's great to hear the migration went smoothly and the platform feels easy to navigate. We take the list hygiene feedback seriously, bot-driven contact lists are a real challenge for ecommerce brands and it's something worth getting right. This app is very complete and with lots of options. It makes it a little bit complex and complicated to use at first, that can be solve by using it often.
The depth of features can definitely feel like a lot at first - that's a fair point. The good news is most find the learning curve flattens fast once they're in it regularly. Glad you're getting value from it!
