It was pretty intuitive to use, and I liked some of the design features (being able to put two blocks or more in one section). But the dealbreaker was that my open rates plummeted down to 10% or less once I switched to Omnisend for some reason. I had my domain email authenticated and all, but emails were seemingly going in the junk folder. I'm sure it's a great email marketing software, but I didn't personally feel it was better than Shopify Email. I switched back to Shopify after a Black Friday campaign went 90% unopened. I sent a campaign via Shopify Email and it had over 20% open rate in 20 minutes. Significant difference. I'm a bit bummed I lost out on my Black Friday potential. I liked the design capabilities but otherwise not better than Shopify Email. I just think it's important to note for Shopify users.

Bad customer service. Unreliable email sends.

The app is very easy to use, lots of options, even if you are not experienced with making newsletters, you will be able to learn how to make the most fabulous newsletter campaigns. The customer service chat is very supportive. I have contacted them so many times because I was not familiar with so many things and didn't know what to do, but they have always been very patient and supportive. Thank you Mariia for your kind assistance and excellent advice.

Best ever! I have tried several different Email Marketing apps and this by far is the best! Great assistance, easy to use and priced right!

They will increase price for no reason, and stop giving you options to choose. the first time they over charged me by 70 dollars, I contacted them, got a refund, and this time they went from 30 40 a month to 80 a month, WITHOUT notifying me.

The quarterly plan you initially subscribed to was a one-time offer that included a 30% discount. Once the 3-month period ended, your account automatically transitioned to a monthly plan based on your contact tier, as the quarterly discount is no longer active. When you first upgraded, your contact tier allowed up to 4,500 billable contacts, which was priced at $75/month under the discounted quarterly plan. However, we noticed your billable contacts have now increased to 4,510, which has placed your account into the $80/month tier. This change, combined with the shift to a monthly plan, explains the difference in your most recent charge. Our senior billing specialist has already reached out to you to provide a more detailed explanation and offer a personalized plan based on your needs. Please check your in-app messages or email for further details. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to assist you further if you have any additional questions or need further clarification.
