I wanted to give a special thanks to Mariia, she helped me so much to solve my problems with the DNS of my email domain, and made me feel supported in every step of the process. It's so rare to find someone that dedicated and capable. As for Omnisend, it has been my choice for a long time now, simple and streamlined, suitable especially for not too pretentious users like me.

Their customer service is really bad, it takes forever for them to answer and even when they do, most of the time it's not clear what they're saying and they always send you to read articles instead of actually wanting to help. and also they chraged me for 10$ idk why, cus im on the free plan!!

As your contact list grows, this requires more email credits, which is reflected in your subscription cost. It’s actually a good sign for your business that your contact base has increased, but we understand that rising costs can be concerning. If you’d like to reduce your fee, we recommend cleaning your list by removing inactive or old contacts who aren’t engaging with your emails. The app and layout is very well organized with a clean interface and their chat support is quick to respond with helpful advice and great articles to do a deeper dive into best practices. We are very pleased with the metrics from our emails and the signup from variety that can be added to the website. Omnisend has been a great choice.

Omnisend has been a great pal to all the stores I have created so far and also the ones I will create in the future. It simply has all the features you would want to need, and the price is reasonably firm, unlike other competitors who might pump a little more for the same things. One thing is for sure though, I'm really happy with the chat support, which always offers me good solutions to solve my problems, plus, is available at almost any time. A special mention to Didem who assisted me in my most recent case and who convinced me to write this positive review. Thank you :)
