I just want to say that Beran was AMAZING!!!! Ironically, but fortunately I was able to speak with Beran again tonight for a different issue. And just like in the past....well, lets just say he superseded what he did the other day. Let me tell you that he was GREAT the last time, but tonight he was Super-Fabulous!!!! He was very attentive. Answered all of my questions and made sure that before we got off of the phone that my issue had been resolved. He even sent me a short video to walk me step by step for additional assistance. Thank You Again Beran....You ROCK!!!!
We might need to print this one out and frame it! Beran really does go above and beyond, and that video walkthrough shows how committed he is to making sure everything clicks for you.
