A few years ago I left a 5-star review. But now Omnisend, like so many other companies, has decided that customer service is getting in the way of their profits. I've been dealing with a bug in their software for weeks now. When I edit a product description in a campaign the cursor jumps around so it's like playing "whack a mole." Very frustrating. They say they understand my frustration and appreciate my patience. But since I contacted them on June 12th and it's now July 4th my patience is at an end. Very disappointed. ***** Update Apparently Omnisend is paying attention to these reviews because the day after I posted it with one star the problem was fixed.

Generally easy to use / mostly intuitive. Like all apps, there are some limitations. Customer service is usually relatively fast, which is appreciated when challenges arise. Most recent round of support was with Isabelle and she helped me solve things pretty fast.

Great platform for campaigns . They give so much for free to try out and see if your business grow then you can subscribe.

I was running into some issues with Shopify Email and found many recommendations to give Omnisend a try. The interface is easy to use and creating campaigns is very straightforward. I had some initial issues with domain verification due to conflicting SPF records but Maria from Omnisend’s support team explained what I had missed in short order and the client was up and running quickly. Very impressed so far.

I am liking Omnisend so far. It's far easier to manage than Klaviyo Apologies earlier I wrote another review that was not related to Omnisend.

I have been using Omnisend for a number of years now. I send out a newsletter once every 2 weeks and I have a couple of automations running as well. I don't always find the interface the most intuitive but by using the chat service on a couple of occasions I always get back on track. Today I specifically want to highlight the chat service and the help I received from Saleh, who, despite being very busy, took the time to: 1. explain why he may be slower than usual to respond (and apologised ofr it more than once) 2. supply me with a link to help answer my initial query 3. respond with comprehensive and detailed answers to my fairly elaborate follow up questions (not the type of questions you want to receive when you are very busy!) As a result, I know what my options are and again can get back on track. Much appreciated Saleh, you are a credit to the team.
