The best platform EVER! I have been using Omnisend for a number fo years now and I have always been so impressed with the platform. When I have experienced a little issue (which has been probably once in this time I have been using the platform) they have been incredibly helpful in getting it resolved for me. Thank you Omnisend, I can't tell you how much time you save me in building emails (because its so easy) and how much you have helped grow my business. Thank you!

I recently switched to Omnisend from a different platform and I've already noticed a huge improvement! The automations are so complete, the support has been really good and they have a very comprehensive library of resources and tutorials so you don't get lost. No complaints :)

I’ve been using Omnisend for my Shopify store since mid-2023, scaling my business and upgrading my plans as we grew. Like any complex software, there are occasional technical hiccups or features you wish worked slightly differently, but what truly sets Omnisend apart is their phenomenal customer support. Recently, I had some complex concerns regarding my account, UI, and some specific workflows. Instead of giving me generic copy-paste replies, the support team (huge shoutout to Mariia, Eduarda, Kayque, and Emna!) actually listened, escalated my case, and worked with me to find a solution that proved they genuinely value long-term, loyal customers. The automations are powerful, the email builder does the job, but knowing there are real, empathetic humans behind the chat who care about your business makes all the difference. Highly recommended for any serious e-commerce brand that wants a partner, not just a tool.

We had a complex technical setup involving multiple domains (.de and .com) and custom Shopify Flows. Johnny from the support team was incredibly patient and professional. He helped us debug the logic and verify our DNS settings until everything worked perfectly. The 24/7 support is a game-changer for international stores. Highly recommended!

I will update this after I figure everything out. But I have to say Omnisend's support team are truly incredible and that alone so far is a game change for a first time entrepreneur fake-it-till-ya-make it one-woman team. The Flow looks less intimidating that the horrenfous Shopify flow already!

I just want to say that Beran was AMAZING!!!! Ironically, but fortunately I was able to speak with Beran again tonight for a different issue. And just like in the past....well, lets just say he superseded what he did the other day. Let me tell you that he was GREAT the last time, but tonight he was Super-Fabulous!!!! He was very attentive. Answered all of my questions and made sure that before we got off of the phone that my issue had been resolved. He even sent me a short video to walk me step by step for additional assistance. Thank You Again Beran....You ROCK!!!!
We might need to print this one out and frame it! Beran really does go above and beyond, and that video walkthrough shows how committed he is to making sure everything clicks for you. When support works this well, it frees you up to focus on what matters most, running your business. Thanks for sharing this with us!

Great app, I really like it! Thiago was there to answer my question quickly and I really appreciate it. I also like their webinars, they are very useful and fun. The only thing that I would like to be added is sending SMS campaigns based on my subscriber's time zone instead of mine, and I hope this will be added in the near future.

Mathias was absolutely Phenomenal!! Patient, kind and easy to understand. I had no clue what I was doing, but Mathias kindly and patiently took me all the way to finish line. I wish I could give him a hug. LOL I hope to chat with him again, but he was truly amazing, removing my- self-doubt as he boosted my confidence, and truly got me excited for what's next! Just a heads up — DO NOT USE THIS APP They promote one price to download the app and another price to send texts/emails, which sounds fine… BUT they later charge $500/month to keep the app active and up to $1,200 to send texts/emails. That was not disclosed in the original pricing, so please be careful before committing! Their response is a lie FYI

From what we can see, you were using a plan subscription alongside additional SMS credits purchased separately. While this setup is available, it is not always the most cost-effective option, and we understand how this could lead to higher-than-expected charges if not optimized. After reviewing your account, we found that your charges have remained consistent throughout your billing cycle, with no unexpected increases. That said, we genuinely want to help clarify any confusion and make sure your plan works for your business. Our support team has reached out to you directly to review your billing in detail and explore options to optimize your pricing setup based on your actual usage.
