I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been great. I have used a few different email automation apps in the past, and they were clunky to work with or didn't have the features I needed. Today, I was trying to do something with my audience segments and couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to the customer service chat for help, not really expecting to get more than what I found in the troubleshooting articles. But I was pleasantly surprised! Kayque was incredibly patient while helping me figure out some logistics when it came to sign-up forms and audience segments. In the end, we were able to find a resolution for my inquiry.
