We recently integrated Omnisend for email and SMS marketing on our Shopify store IKONIAN, and the experience has been excellent so far. The platform is very intuitive, well designed, and makes it easy to set up professional email flows, pop ups, and automations without feeling overwhelmed. The email editor is clean, fast, and flexible, and the built in templates are actually usable out of the box. What really stands out is how smoothly Omnisend integrates with Shopify and how clearly everything is laid out from subscriber growth to campaign performance. It feels like a tool built specifically for ecommerce, not a generic email platform. We’re still early in our journey, but onboarding has been smooth and support has been responsive.
