Nitrolithic Labs review for Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a brand that has been in business for 5 years. I need to improve my email marketing. I was excited to try omnisend after I saw a pitch from the founders and thought it would be a great product. I tried to install/migrate to shopify. I immediately had an error that said, due to unusual activity your account has been suspended. I tried using chat help and answered their questions about my business. I never heard back from them. Now I contacted them a month later and they said they would not support my business and the decision is final. No reason, no explanation, just a rude rejection. Garbage!
