I've worked with Mailchimp for 5+ years with 20+ clients. I was a tough convert since I was VERY loyal to them. But I came across Omnisend and all of the small annoyances that I was feeling with Mailchimp were completely gone! Amazing customer service (24/7 and get back to you in 10 mins.... that's unheard of in the app world), beautiful design, affordable pricing, I could go on. Definitely would recommend Omnisend to business owners out there. It takes the guesswork out of email marketing!
