I started to use Soundest a while ago. I thought that it is just another Saas - I will have to figure out the ins and outs myself. Well, not with these guys. The team, and Paulis in particular pays personal attention to customers - and trust me, I am no ease case :) They are doing what they are preaching with this software - service is at the core of their existence. I think I will move all my e-mail acitivities to this platform. Thanks guys! I.H.
