Cranky's Performance review for Omnivore for Marketplaces

We signed up to Omnivore Jan 2026 to integrate Shopify with the TradeMe marketplace. We received our first order 16th Jan. It quickly became apparent that the Order total vs Payment amounts from Omnivore were not matching (always out by 0.01c). Because of this issue, orders could not be reconciled by our accounting software MYOB. We raised the issue with Omnivore Jan 2026, and sent countless follow up emails every couple of weeks. Finally they fixed the problem Mid May 2026. So now we have 4 months of invoices we need to manually add to MYOB, not just for the TradeMe orders but for ALL orders that fell on a date of a TradeMe order, meaning over 500+ orders were not sync'd to MYOB, from other sales channels such as eBay, Amazon, and our own website. This massive issue has caused so many headaches, and has costs $1,000s of dollars in accountant fees and time, also affecting our inventory accuracy, wiping out any profit from TradeMe as well as costing us money.
This intermittent issue has now been resolved. Order totals and payment totals now match correctly, allowing orders processed through Omnivore to be reconciled as expected. We’re sorry for the frustration this issue caused and understand how disruptive even a small discrepancy can be when it affects reconciliation and creates manual work. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to fix it.
