Great app. Had some problems at first, but with the help of Gareth was sorted out in no time. Highly recommend their after sales service. Plain and simple instructions were given. Easy to use and very happy.
Ryan and the team are true professionals who know exactly what needs to be done. Their communication was prompt, their technical skills were outstanding, and the entire process was handled smoothly from start to finish. They successfully integrated my Shopify store with Trade Me quickly and without any unnecessary hassle or delays. Orders started coming through almost immediately. It's been really quick and easy getting our inventory up on Trademe, along with exceptions. Custom titles and descriptions easy to set up. I had a much easier experience with this than I had with Datafeedwatch or Rithum. Their support and customer service is also top notch and quick to reply.
My business is currently very small, and I had to reset my Omnivore account after a rebrand. Even though I don't currently bring Omnivore any money, their support was flawless (thanks Reece!). The connection to trademe is solid and I have no issues.
We signed up to Omnivore Jan 2026 to integrate Shopify with the TradeMe marketplace. At first we had a major issue with the currency exchange creating accounting discrepancies, however we raised the issue with Omnivore team and they were able to fix it. It is rare to get the level of care and attention shown by their COO. The software itself is easy to use and has a high level of customisation options. Highly recommend Omnivore if you're looking to streamline product data, inventory, and orders across multiple marketplaces.
This intermittent issue has now been resolved. Order totals and payment totals now match correctly, allowing orders processed through Omnivore to be reconciled as expected. We’re sorry for the frustration this issue caused and understand how disruptive even a small discrepancy can be when it affects reconciliation and creates manual work. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to fix it.
It just flat out does not work. Tried to connect it and received the error "Oops. That wasn't meant to happen! We'll get right onto fixing that", however they never fixed it. Update - They left a reply saying they fixed it, however the error is still there and app does not work.

Can't access my Trademe after trying to integrate, support response is slow. Losing money every day because I can't sign up and can't get it removed.

special shout out to carlos and reece who helped intergrate something i thought was humanly impossible set up my kogan market place they were patient and went above and beyong to include simple thingls like recorded videos and screen shots and helped me navigate this space 5 stars all round thanks fred ketao.co

We’ve had a great experience with Ryan and the team at Omnivore. Their customer service has been excellent — responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive throughout our integration into The Iconic. The team made the process smooth and easy to understand and has helped us with every step and questions. The app itself is also quite easy to navigate and made our order process that much easier. Highly recommend!

Been using this service for about 3 years now and it intergrates nicely with our shopify store, kogan.com, ebay.com.au and trademe.co.nz accounts saving hundreds of hours of work each year as everything syncs from our www.khe.com.au shopify store, first class customer service if you need help! 5 Stars

Completely useless and overpriced. Taking 1% of sales for what exactly? This behaviour is very concerning. Many platforms now offer free APIs without charging unnecessary fees like this. Bye bye

Omnivore connects and manages multiple marketplaces with features designed to save time, reduce errors, and increase sales. Many apps only offer a single marketplace, so if you sell on more than one Omnivore represents better convenience and more value.

Great app to connect to marketplace. If you are tech savy you can get more out of the app than a standard user would. UI & UX needs some work when used on large scale. Support and service is great.
