Rating both the app and the support provided by Omnivore! Our experience with Omnivore so far has been nothing but positive. The app was easy to install and configure in our Shopify environment with the Omnivore platform one of the cleaner and more intuitive to use once you get under the hood. Given the complexity of the Amazon marketplace itself, Omnivore have been a great partner to support the business dipping a toe into the water. Knowledgable, patient, swift to respond and a pleasure to work with - a true partner. As one of the most competitive on the pricing front, all of the above speaks volumes as to why Omnivore comes so highly recommended by peers.

Thus far am very happy with Omnivore integration between Shopify and Trademe. The support I received was fast and helpful and I got up and running in just a few days. It seems as though Omnivore devs are doing everything they can to maximize integration capabilities where possible which is awesome. The interface is simple and intuitive too, happy camper so far.

I have a love/hate relationship with this app. It is the only app I can find that does what I need. It has the potential to be a very powerful app, but it really struggles to capitalize. Pros: - It is free when used only with Trade Me - Its core functions work - It can import product metafields and use them (with some difficulty - template validation needs better documenation) - It saves an immense amount of time vs manually listing products Cons: - User interface is poorly designed and outdated. Needs a complete rebuild using modern front-end techniques. - Very rudimentary templating system that often falls just short of what you want to achieve. - Many missing features, requiring complex workarounds to be set up - Documentation is not complete and not always up to date. - $75USD a month (+ commission) for the full plan is waaaay too expensive given the state of the UI and the lackluster feature set. Edit: Happy to provide examples of issues to the devs should they reach out.

We appreciate the comments on our user interface, we are in the process of refreshing and you will see the changes rolled out over the coming months. Regarding our fee, this is extremely competitive for an app that provides access to so many marketplaces. Unlike others we don't charge an additional app fee if you want to add a marketplace. We have a team of local developers working on an extensive roadmap of new features for our customers and this would not be possible without the fees we have. If it's ok with you, we'd like to reach out to understand the features that are of particular use to you and the areas of the user interface you find challenging so that we can improve.

We have integrated our Shopify with a third party seller and it is already paying off super quick! Previously we were manually adding, taking stock away, uploading files etc but now life is so much easier with the Omnivore integration. It is the biggest time saver for us and once you get your head around setting it up, it is well worth it. The support we received from Debbie + Steve was first class and their patience and knowledge was super appreciated. Thank you!

Been using the Omnivore app for years now. We sell on loads of marketplaces and nothing compares to the ease of this app when it comes to listing and managing orders.

A great experience thus far. Yes there's a bit of a learning curve, however it is becoming increasingly easy to manage multiple channel feeds. There is room to improve, of course, but we are very happy. Customer support has been nothing short of amazing (5 stars there for sure!).

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Totally user-unfriendly, overpriced for what it does and in my eyes 20 years out of date. Had this app for almost a year now and definitely do not recommend it.

This App is Awesome! 30 day Free Trial is amazing! Take advantage of that! We use this app for Google Smart Shopping and Omnivore makes the process SUPER EASY! We love the dashboard and easy user interface. The Support from Fern & Gareth has been outstanding! Total 5 Star App! Do yourself a favour and add Omnivore to your Shopify store.

The app works very well and across different marketplaces, which is great as it reduces the amount of work for each individual integration. And best of all, any small issues that may come up during the integration are promptly answered and fixed by a very efficient support team.

The team doesn't seem to care much about the customer concerns /questions, doesn't reply to email or phone. System is working so far, but would have been great if City Beach Software can answer customer questions.

Very slow response, given the amount of money I have paid for monthly subscription USD 75, I have to wait for more than 24 hours to get a repsonse back (email). Cannot even dial-in to reach out to a real-person technical support, the contact number is always on voicemail

I am still on the free trial stage but have got everything set up now and the software is much better than what I've used in the past. The ability to list on catch, amazon and eBay is also extremely helpful; much cheaper than having individual apps for each! Further more the support I've received from Fern is above and beyond. Not only super friendly but extremely helpful as well. She has contacts within eBay and contacted them directly in regards to an issue we had with them. No other app support team has done that for us before and when I try and contact eBay directly myself I could never resolve the issue as if you've dealt with them in the past you'll know their support team for sellers is pretty horrible. Anyway if you're a complex eCommerce store with multiple marketplaces then I highly recommend this software!

We use this app to sell on the Catch Marketplace. Integration was easy and their team were extremely supportive at the start. Omnivore has been a godsend in integrating Catch with Omnivore with the syncing of orders and products. There have been a fair few issues, bugs and errors and ongoing support has been mixed.

I have found this app very easy to use and has performed well since we started using it around 18 months ago. More importantly, the customer service from the company has been faultless from day one - they respond quickly and often go out of their way to resolve difficulties that may arise from time to time with the marketplaces we sell in. 10 out 10 in my opinion.

Would highly recommend this APP. We have tried several different software options and APPS with none of them really working well for our complex setup. This is the only App that has ticked all the boxes and actually worked as described. It has saved us many hours of listing time across multiple selling platforms. The inventory sync works very well across all of our selling platforms plus our bricks and mortar retail store. Support has been very responsive and l would rate as very good. Very happy so far.
