Every reply took them 24 hours. We haven`t even started to integrate our system. I can hardly imagine what can we do if anything happened after we deploy Omnivore in our Shopify shop?! Reallyguys, 24 hours to reply a simple message ?!
Omnivore/Traderunner is supposed to provide a quality link between Shopify and Trademe. Very low quality and does not provide the basic functionality of Trademe like auctions, fixed price offers, control of start finish times. The Aussie help desk people refuse to talk to their customers on the phone. Completely unresponsive to making the software work better for their customers. There are no user guide videos on youtube.
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the service hasn’t met your expectations. The functionality Omnivore supports is agreed in conjunction with Trade Me, and we work closely with them. We don’t support auctions, don’t claim to offer them, and don’t currently plan to add them. We do support Fixed Price Offers. Listings end and relist every seven days, in line with Trade Me’s listing process. We take customer feedback seriously and work to respond to customers promptly. We’ve provided support to you by email and have also helped via Zoom. Zoom support is available when a customer needs it but we don’t offer phone support. We appreciate your feedback about video guides and will share it with our team as we review our support resources.
It just flat out does not work. Tried to connect it and received the error "Oops. That wasn't meant to happen! We'll get right onto fixing that", however they never fixed it. Update - They left a reply saying they fixed it, however the error is still there and app does not work.

We understand how disappointing this experience would have been, especially when trying to get started. Can't access my Trademe after trying to integrate, support response is slow. Losing money every day because I can't sign up and can't get it removed.

Completely useless and overpriced. Taking 1% of sales for what exactly? This behaviour is very concerning. Many platforms now offer free APIs without charging unnecessary fees like this. Bye bye
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t find enough value in our app and the pricing model. Omnivore connects and manages multiple marketplaces with features designed to save time, reduce errors, and increase sales. Many apps only offer a single marketplace, so if you sell on more than one Omnivore represents better convenience and more value.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Totally user-unfriendly, overpriced for what it does and in my eyes 20 years out of date. Had this app for almost a year now and definitely do not recommend it.
