Coding novice here and the support team was available instantly to help me figure out where to place the code to make my cart page look the way I wanted it to. All good things so far, keep it up!

We use the app for local pick ups and being able to change all the wording to fit our store was perfect! Allowed us to limit people in our store at one time and manage high volume orders!

UPDATE: The developers continue to show 5 star support...absolutely recommended! Update: We've been using this app for FOUR years now, and it's STILL the best! The developers respond to requests in a VERY timely manner. We have many apps that we pay for...this has to be one of the top 5! It's a very simple task, but it does it perfectly! Highly recommended. Shopify is really all about the apps. The platform is great, but the apps are the ones that make everything better...and are tailorable to suit your specific needs. On Time Delivery is one of those apps. It does exactly as it promises, no glitches, and super quick to set up. And the customer service is excellent. We needed a colour change and couldn't figure it out. We used their chat function to request specific code, and they did it in less than 5 minutes.

Works like a charm for our site, easy to install. We had some issues where customers were able to bypass selecting a delivery date when integrating with Google Pay or Recharge, but support was able to help us really quickly via the Live Chat function. Recommended.

Perfect for small business owners who want to automate delivery scheduling. Especially find the 'limit' to time slot function very useful. Fantastic support team and hope that these guys will continue to build out the app features.

Great customer service! I’ve had a couple of issues with a customer order not showing up because she had an apostrophe in her name and then needed to switch the location of the delivery day selector on my checkout page. Really responsive and helpful service! Would recommend!

Good support! I was unable to install the app. They were proactive in helping me. They took charge of everything! The only drawback is that they don't work on weekends, but the service they provide is excellent when they're open!

this app does what i need (allow customers to select delivery timeslots), is simple to use, reasonably priced, and has excellent tech support - responsive to queries and even goes the extra mile to help out with coding stuff! 10/10!
