Although I have not launched the app yet, it is super easy to install into my Shopify store. I am NOT a tech person, but could do everything myself.. The app was very quickly loaded onto the App Store and Play Store. I am super excited to be able to do more with the app in the next few weeks. Will definitely recommend this to owner small business owners.

I just released my first Austrige shopping app, on google and apple store, the developer that was walking me through the process Ricky was super helpful and supportive. He helped me release both versions of the app smoothly and accurately. thank you to the One Mobile team for their help and and incredible service!

The first Setup of the app is easy. Then you choose one of nine themes, setup your logo, create your main home screen from blocks (ie. product slider, collection grid, bottom bar etc. - like shopify themes) and build your Navigation Menu and your good to go. You can integrate other Tools to your App like transcy, ali reviews, google analytics etc. just to name a few. The release of your app will take in my expierence a few days and then its online. For a App Builder its all what you will expect. The Live Chat is quick and helpful. As a Builder App your will feel a little bit restrained what you can do but you can always get in contact with support to see what is possible. As i started with the builder to now - they are updating their builder to offer more options what you can do. Here great thanks to Ricky and Ocean for their great support. As time goes on things will change and changes will be needed do be done on the app - Both, Ricky and Ocean, will aid you through the processes with knowledge, consistency and clear communication. From my point of view its a good app you should give a try.

The app has static themes, in which you cannot even change the color of the fonts or move the blocks up and down. There is no customization possible, just like mobile themes cannot be customized in any way. Additionally, their customer support is very slow. They offer live chats; however, no one responds despite numerous messages, and there is no notification of the average wait time. After a certain time, you get their replies on emails, and by that time, you would have already bounced off the development module or uninstalled their app. However, the plus point is that they have a free plan. So all those who want an app for the sake of it, with a low possibility of conversions, may go ahead and choose it.

Due to our limited staff resources, especially during periods of high customer volume, there may be occasional delays in our response times. As you mentioned, we currently do not offer the ability to reorder blocks. We have been transparent about this on our pricing page. We understand that the current number of themes may not meet the needs of every store. For that reason, we also offer the OneExperts service, which can help you with custom requests. Listen!!! If you are looking for a GREAT app with all the features as other apps and no complications.. Look no further! OneMobile had everything that I was looking for my online boutique! The assistance from Jaxber and the rest of the team was fast as heck and they are very knowledgeable and friendly! I will definitely be telling all of my other entrepreneur friends about OneMobile!

Customer service is great, customers report easy to use app. I just wish there were more layouts and integrations such as Facebook and data was reported back to my analytics so I could strengthen my pixel data and make my ads more fruitful
