The idea of pulling all design elements directly from the Shopify store is brilliant and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything beyond that seems to come with extra charges. Our Instagram feed didn’t load, so we tried to simply delete the block — but even removing a non-functional block required an additional paid upgrade. This was a waste of time and honestly very disappointing. It could be a great app, but the constant upselling and paywalls make it feel like pure money-grabbing.

The issue was not that the app required an upgrade in order to remove the Instagram Feed block. After the block was removed, the system requested an upgrade because there were still other blocks/elements in your app that are available only under the BrandUp plan. That’s why the “Publish to app” action triggered the upgrade requirement. We understand that plan limitations can sometimes feel unclear or restrictive, and we sincerely apologize if this caused confusion or disappointment — that was never our intention. DO NOT even install this app! All they do is to waste your time because if you do not upgrade to $99/month plan, you literally cannot customize anything. Only 5 blocks provided. You guys gotta be joking me. Who is gonna use your app if only 5 blocks and very limited functions provided on $29/month plan?? What is the point of $29 plan? You can just rob users directly instead of making an app. Funny.

Updated; After using this app for awhile now I find out they raised my MONTHLY rate from $29 to $99! This is way beyond my monthly budget. I understand prices do increase but increasing the price by $70 a month is astronomical in my eyes! I wish this would have been a gradual increase. This makes me feel not valued by this company. Miley has been very helpful throughout the process. I do wish they had more themes available to choose from. I like that I can include the OneLoyalty program with the app. I'm looking forward to using this with my customers!

Scammed by "Discount" Banner - Avoid this App OneMobile is using deceptive tactics to force upgrades. They showed me a banner for a 'Discount Gesture' but clicking it secretly upgraded my plan from $25 to $99/month. Support is hiding behind the 'you clicked approve' excuse despite the misleading UI. This is a bait-and-switch scam. Merchants, watch your bills closely or switch to a different builder.

your app is unfortunately brokeen because it says ,, Only support desktop version For the best experience, please use a desktop computer or laptop for these settings " but i use laptop now, so i cant use your app, i wanted to buy a plan and thatnks god i did not
