Our Support Agent, Thea, was absolutely amazing. We were struggling with getting our products to sync properly and within just a few minutes, Thea was able to get us back on track! I couldn't have asked for a better support agent!

Just installed the app, this will hopefully solve a big problem with inventory syncing we were having before. First experiences good so far, customer support is very good.

Although I had some problems to sync my inventory with clover, they helped me all the time until I got it fixed. I am happy with the final result, the customer service is very good, I recommend it 100%

***** 2nd update ********** This is the 2nd update since the app is back on track and they seems (so far... now 2 weeks without bugs) to have solve the problem once for all. It is always the same thing with those things. They are slave of everything... update by Shopify, update by the browsers, update by Clover etc.. ... So ... so far, they reach the goal and the app is working. Count on me to keep this review up to date if the poop hit the fan again.

GREAT HELP WHEN YOU CANT FIGURE THINGS OUT ,THEY EASILY WALK YOU THREW IT ! I DELT WITH NORMIE AND SHE WAS AMAZING AND GOT MY PROBLEM FIGURED OUT QUICKLY . GOOD customer service is hard to find anymore but she was greattt!

The customer service representative Thea was amazing, she helped me fix my issue right away and gave me really good advice on managing my inventory. This app is amazing. Its a relief knowing they have support available anytime when you run into trouble. Thank you for making this process easier.

Rakt has ruined many websites! They deleted my entire shopify on "accident", and now the ap has many glitches. They told me to uninstall, and reinstall. When i did uninstall they deleted the quick sync ap! Told me that everything i paid (had a year paid up) is gone, and I have to erase ALL my items, and go find a different ap! then, I find this alternative version of the ap! They literally shut down my business, and then screwed me over on purpose! AVOID ANYTHING BY RAKT, THEY ARE ROOKIES WITH NO REMORSE!!!!!!!!

Thus far the app seems to be working well. I had to receive a little assistance from Tech Support but everyone was helpful and friendly. I am trying Cloversync as a SKUIQ alternative and I must say at this point Cloversync appears to setup much easier and shows signs of functioning better. I will update this review if something changes down the road.

The application does not work, I messed up all my inventory in clover as in shopify and I have to do everything again because they are not responsible

I wanted to write a new review but didn't see the option. I was having some issues today and let me just tell you! Joseph was a lifesaver!! He stayed with me through the whole process and really put my mind at ease when I thought all was lost! Thank you so much Joseph for all your help! I use this app to sync my inventory between Shopify and Clover. I love how it automatically generates SKU numbers but I wish it could place the items into their perspective categories in Clover. Syncing the first time takes a little bit but once you do it the first time it is very fast going forward. Their customer support is absolutely outstanding! I was actually working on my site on Sunday and the same rep that had helped me previously initiated a chat just to let me know she was there and ready to help. I was so grateful for her assistance!!

Thea at CloverSync went above and beyond on countless occasions to make sure all my questions were answered and my process was as quick and easy as possible. As a retail store looking to expand online I did find this syncing process very helpful in transferring data and inventory. Unfortunately the variants of styles split into their own individual items but that was a Clover programing issue not the syncing process. Thea worked with me to better understand why this happened and offered to assist in condensing the split items. I cannot say enough good things about the amount of support and effort put forth to solve this issue and I would highly recommend this syncing platform. As a non-tech person the 24/7 help center was a godsend!
