Just started using the app to sync a second tiktok shop to my shopify. Was struggling a bit to set up, When asked for help Hazel was very quick to respond and was very helpful to sort the issue for me.
The default TikTok Connector app doesn't work for us because we had already created our TikTok listings and there is no way to sync existing products in TikTok to Shopify. This app solves for that as well as a lot of other nice features. Friendly support and they are pretty quick to help.
Malik Haider was very professional and helpful. He was also very patient with me. Thank Again for all of your help.
