I desperately needed an app that I could custom the shipping labels for so that it would appear tracked and Optima were incredible in providing this. I had great customer support from March who went above and beyond for me. Can't rate this app highly enough!

Wonderful app that does its job. I had a problem with a product not sync'ing properly so although it took some days going back and forth but with the teams support we got there in the end and now it's working as intended. Fatimah has been very helpful in ensuring my issue was resolved. For as long as the app remains Free and an upgrade being required when you surpass 50 orders then this app will be #1. I would strongly recommend this app to all.

Optima Team was a tremendous help during our store setup for TikTok. With special mentions to Laiba and Waheed, who were very helpful in answering our queries and fix our issues. There were a lot of restrictions and unknowns when setting up the connecting between our store and TikTok but the Optima Team helped with several customisation and speedily resolved them. These guys really helped me out! My TTS was not working, not syncing with Shopify using ANY of the apps from the app store. Optima was nice enough to schedule a meeting with their tech team who guided me through fixing the issues my account had that held up proper syncing. Really appreciate their help getting rid of this very frustrating issue. Thank you!

We have been searching for one solid solution that can easily push our products to other platforms to increase our sales channels. Wixpa has always come through with great support, features, and work flawlessly. Iqra has been a wonderful support engineer. While their product are easy to configure, there are some areas where we had questions about optimizations. Iqra knew all the different things we needed and answered every question. THANK YOU IQRA. We will be long customers of Wixpa. By using this , you can easily push your shopify products to TikTok center... Really amazing product on Shopify must try this guy's
