Optima Tiktok Shop Connector

The default TikTok Connector app doesn't work for us because we had already created our TikTok listings and there is no way to sync existing products in TikTok to Shopify. This app solves for that as well as a lot of other nice features. Friendly support and they are pretty quick to help.

The app does exactly what you need it to do, if you have issues with the TikTok app, give this one a go for sure. Malik & Laibaaftb were amazing and helped with any issues and onboarding.

This app made the integration between our Shopify store and TikTok Shop smooth and hassle-free. Product syncing runs perfectly, inventory updates automatically, and it has eliminated a lot of manual effort while saving us valuable time.

Optima has been an absolute game changer for my TikTok Shop. The app syncs seamlessly with TikTok, making order management so much easier, and the customised shipping labels have saved me so much time while giving everything a much more professional look. What really makes Optima stand out, though, is the customer support. The team is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping their users succeed. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, they've been quick to respond with clear, friendly, and effective solutions. It's refreshing to find an app that not only works brilliantly but is also backed by a team that truly cares about its customers. I can't recommend Optima highly enough!

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this interface at the moment. It suffers from several critical issues: Incomplete or incorrect translations in the UI. Duplicate orders: the import process doesn’t check if an order already exists, so every order is re-created each time. Incorrect payment amounts are imported. Missing channel tagging: orders aren’t labeled as coming from the “TikTok Channel.” Incorrect payment status is imported. Until these problems are resolved, the tool isn’t practical for my workflow.

Wonderful app that does its job. I had a problem with a product not sync'ing properly so although it took some days going back and forth but with the teams support we got there in the end and now it's working as intended. Fatimah has been very helpful in ensuring my issue was resolved. For as long as the app remains Free and an upgrade being required when you surpass 50 orders then this app will be #1. I would strongly recommend this app to all.
