As a growth marketer pushing expansion on TikTok, Optima Connector has been a game-changer. It flawlessly syncs products, inventory, and orders between Shopify and TikTok Shops no missing stock, no delayed updates. Plus, the AI-driven category mapping and multi-currency/language support make global scaling much smoother

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this interface at the moment. It suffers from several critical issues: Incomplete or incorrect translations in the UI. Duplicate orders: the import process doesn’t check if an order already exists, so every order is re-created each time. Incorrect payment amounts are imported. Missing channel tagging: orders aren’t labeled as coming from the “TikTok Channel.” Incorrect payment status is imported. Until these problems are resolved, the tool isn’t practical for my workflow.

Wonderful app that does its job. I had a problem with a product not sync'ing properly so although it took some days going back and forth but with the teams support we got there in the end and now it's working as intended. Fatimah has been very helpful in ensuring my issue was resolved. For as long as the app remains Free and an upgrade being required when you surpass 50 orders then this app will be #1. I would strongly recommend this app to all.

Optima Team was a tremendous help during our store setup for TikTok. With special mentions to Laiba and Waheed, who were very helpful in answering our queries and fix our issues. There were a lot of restrictions and unknowns when setting up the connecting between our store and TikTok but the Optima Team helped with several customisation and speedily resolved them. I just installed this app and will have to play around a bit more but the customer service had answered all the questions I had and resolved the issues. Hope it helps with managing both TT and shopify more effectively

These guys really helped me out! My TTS was not working, not syncing with Shopify using ANY of the apps from the app store. Optima was nice enough to schedule a meeting with their tech team who guided me through fixing the issues my account had that held up proper syncing. Laiba was very helpful in setting up the tiktok seller central account and connecting the app with shopify and tiktok. I recommend it to everyone who is looking to sell on tiktok.
