Ik vind het echt een fantastische app. Er wordt ook hele goede ondersteuning gegeven wanneer er onverhoopt een probleem is. Geweldig hulp en heel snel. Ze denken ook heel fijn met je mee dat is echt heel goed.

Great product, disappointing pricing changes. The product itself is solid and works well. However, the recent pricing structure and the way it was suddenly implemented feels out of touch. Previously created product groups are effectively being held hostage unless you upgrade, which makes hours of prior setup work useless when updates are needed. It’s frustrating and undermines trust in what is otherwise a good tool.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback - we truly appreciate it. We’d like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstanding. Before the app moved to a paid model, we displayed a clear in-app banner notification to inform merchants about the upcoming pricing change, so it wasn’t intended to be a sudden or silent update. All existing Product Groups you created remain fully intact and usable. An upgrade is only required if you want to edit existing Product Groups, create new ones, or use new features released after the app moved to a paid plan. For early users who supported the app from the beginning, we do offer special discounts as a way to show our appreciation and ensure the transition is as fair as possible. We’re a small team, and moving to a paid model allows us to continue maintaining the app, supporting merchants, and developing new features long term. That said, we truly value feedback like yours, as it helps us improve both the product and the experience around it.
