Ich bin mehr als zufrieden, ich wollte meinen Warenkorb komplett angepasst haben und auf jeden Wunsch wurde schnell und zuverlässig eingegangen und auch die Verbesserungen wurden schnell durchgeführt. Lulla ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Vielen Dank für alles ich werde euch weiter empfehlen.

I recently contacted the customer service team for information about some features to add to the cart, and they quickly made the requested changes. The customer service team is professional, responds quickly, and is very helpful.

LULLA and their developer Khang have been absolutely incredible to work with. Their customer service is outstanding they’re always available when we need them and consistently go above and beyond to help. The product they offer is excellent, and it’s clear they truly know what they’re doing. We couldn’t be happier with the support and expertise they provide!

Our request was a bit complicated in terms of customization. It wasn’t something we could set up by ourselves. The support team stepped in and helped us adjust everything exactly how we needed. Communication was smooth and responses were quick. In the end, the cart works perfectly for our use case. Very good app with strong support.

Amazing app and amazing customer support. Very pleased with the functionality and overall appearance. My older cart app used to have a lag when loading some auto applied store wide discounts but I never have an issue now.

Vivian and developer Khang were amazing to work with. They helped me migrate to the new cart in a very short amount of time and were incredibly patient with all the requests we needed to replicate from our older Smart Cart theme. They always responded promptly whenever I had questions and fixed bugs immediately after I were reported. The only small downside is that the app currently doesn’t have a free GWP auto-apply feature. I really hope this gets patched soon — if it does, this app would easily be a 200/100. Overall, I can’t express how much I appreciate their support, and their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
